In February, 2007 my father was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. By October, 2007 he was gone. My father's story unfortunately is not unique; as families and friends, we've all experienced these storms of life.
What we eat, think, and do affects not just ourselves, but our children and grandchildren.
Basil & Spice is the outgrowth of my experiences and those of our incredible contributors, each with his own story.
