Since the inception of Basil & Spice, the site has grown to over 300 contributors--reviewers of new products and books and authors who are authorities in their fields, submitting blogs on current events.   Seeking to remain personal, Basil & Spice appears as a blog, but functions as online news, welcoming varying opinions.  Our author-bloggers commit to individual research prior to writing their blogs.  Many of our author-bloggers also reply to reader comments.
